For Bailey researchers: Re: Mill Branch near Hendricks, Magoffin Co, KY. (not far from Salyersville). There are several Bailey Family burial plots / cemeteries up Mill Branch. There are still long term Bailey families living un the Mill Branch Holler. One such Bailey was Earl Bailey who lived there for about 95 years. Earl is now departed but his son still lives there. Mill Branch is not far from the Licking River area described in the letter below. A trip up Mill Branch would be worthwhile to any Magoffin Co. Bailey researcher. I am not a Bailey descendent - my father was born up Mill Branch and as a boy was a neighbor to the Baileys and others.
