Rosanna (Anna) Risner married my great-grand uncle Southwell Lyon in 1867 in Magoffin Co., and I think it must be your Ann Risner. I have more information about the Lyon side of this family that I would be happy to share. While his last name is Lyon, I've seen him show up as Lyons. I think there's a monument in Magoffin Co for CW vets. that has him as Lyons. However his last name was Lyon. Hope to hear from you! So it can be hard to find out I suppose. Do you know of any connection with the name Rhoda Ellen Lyons?? She was born July 18, 1887, she died at age 92 Oct. 25, 1979. She married Francis Marion Lyons/Lyon.

Southwell Lyon's wife was Roseanne Risner d/o John Risner b. 1813 and Elizabeth Howard. Roseanne had a sister named Anne C. Risner b.1855.
