He married Elizabeth ASHBURN in Logan Co. One of their children was Mary Thomas JAMES who married William LONG, then Rufus LONG, then Charles CASH. She is listed as Mary T. Cash on her 1918 death cert, with parents listed as Isaac Lunsford JAMES and Elizabeth ASHBURN. There was a will written by Isaac JAMES in Logan Co in 1813 refering to son Lunsford JAMES.
