She was shot and killd with shotgun, it says on her death certificate Sep 24, 1940, Auburn, Logan, Kentucky and he leaves to go to Texas form there. He dies in Itaky, Ellis ,Texas in 2002. Does anyone have the info in regardes to this, court doc., or new paper clips or anything? Sure could use some help with this.
