I am looking for information on JAMES E. PARKS and his family b. abt 1850 in Michigan, moved to Kentucky (Todd or Logan Counties) or Tennessee (Montgomery or Chatham Counties). One of his daughters Lillian married Eugene SANFORD in abt 1890. They are my Great Grand Mother and Father. Any information will be appreciated.
