If you go to "kygenweb.net" they have listings of all Kentucky newspapers that are availbale for interlibrary loans. I checked Russellville city for newspapers.. they list the "Russellville Herald and Enterprise for the dates of 1890-1891. You can go there and check for county papers. Also you can mail a request to the "Logan County Library" 201 West 6th Street 42276-1411. They have an index of obituaries. They also keep an indes of subjects. They charge $.25 a copy.
