They moved to Missouri (St Francois County) in 1848. Their children were: Dicey, Mary Margaret, John Baker, Francois Marion, Virginia Ann, William Richard (my great- grandfather) and George Washington Hutchings. My grandfather was William Elbert Hutchings and my father Aubrey Clifford Hutchings. I have an old letter from 1963 from a Bertha Hutchings that states Mrs. Emanuel Peterson (which I assume was Emanuel Hutchings prior to marriage) owns a farm/land in Marion Township (which would be @ St Francois County MO), prior to that it was owned by Mr Berry Synder & prior to that Richard & Mahala Hutchings. I always remember my Dad talking about the old Peterson farm where the "Hutchings" graveyard was. Do you have any info on this as well? Let me know if any of these relatives match your lineage.
