I am sorry if this sounds like a complaint... to me it means I am complaining. I have seen people use the caps in their typing numerous times on this list and other, and I have family that do the same. If you are a person within the computer field or have been using a computer for a long time then you have seen a list of computer manner or have been told. My email was and FYI not a complaint.
