I have an Elizabeth (Betsey) W. Thompson supposedly born in Virginia (I suspect around 1800 - 1805) who was married to Elihu Lockman in Lincoln County, NC 04 October 1821. There are several Thompson Clans there in Lincoln County, NC. also. Attached 1860 Dry Pond. Lincoln County, North Carolina Census shows her birthplace but is not a recognized County Name in Virginia. She and her husband Elihu are living with their son-in-law Wesley Mundy and their daughter Lucinda as a member of the 368th Family in the 352 Dewlling there. Might you have a connection to this Lockman-Thompson Family or any information on Elizabeth W. Thompson-Lockman?
