I am looking for any information on James KIDWELL who enlisted in the War of 1812 in Logan Co KY, and fought in the Battle of New Orleans.... He lived in Giles Co TN prior to 1813.. and returns to Giles County... I do not know if he moved his family to Logan county about 1813 . ... or if he left his family in TN... and traveled to Logan Co KY to enlist???? Angie, There are no KIDWELLs listed in the Logan County, Kentucky Cemeteries book, 2000 edition. Maybe someone else could find him in some other frference.
