    3. Franklin Kentucky has a newspaper called the "Franklin Favorite". The copies are hit and miss until the 1940's. Yes, they do have newspapers in the 1970. Your best bet would be to contact the Simpson County Archives and museum in Franklin. The address is: Simpson County Archives and Museum 206 North College St. Franklin KY 42134. They have a website, I think the address is "simpsoncountyarchives.com" -----Original Message----- From: Will Jones <[email protected]> Sent: May 27, 2005 11:45 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [KYLOGAN] Franklin Ky Newspapers in Early 1970's Could anyone tell me what newspapers were operating in the 1970's in or near Franklin Ky? I'm wanting to get a copy of the front page of one if it is available. Is there a library there that might have it on microfilm? Or another place?
