Also, there are land records in Barren Co, KY, for (grantors) William Bird Sr, for 1818; for William and Susannah Bird/Byrd in 1825, William decd & heirs, for 1853, and for (grantees) William Bird from John Bird Sr in 1824, William Bird in 1824, Wm J Bird in 1877. Does this help? There were other Wm Birds in KY in this time frame in other counties, but they are not known to be related to the Birds of Barren Co to my knowledge. Maybe we could swap data? Dave
