Libby: I noticed that you had a GREEN in your surnames. I am looking for any information on a Martin Green b. 1790's that married a Mahala Wood in Mercer Co., Ky. in 1812. It is possible that his father was John Green - don't have mothers name. Martin & Mahala had at lease one child, William Wallace b. 1825 and adopted in 1827 by Thomas Jack. Martin had died by this time and Mahala remarried. Does this fit in with any of your information. Would love to share. Pamela K. Alves palves@henderson.net
