John EBERLY, Henry EBERLY, Lambert BANTA & Margaret, his wife, late EBERLY of Mercer County, KY to Floyd BURKS of Mercer who intermarried Polly, the other heir of John EBERLY....land on Cane Run. ___________________________ Edmund Burks - Betsey EVERLY (sic) 1 February 1800 Bondsman: Charles Davis John EVELLEY (sic) consents for "my daughter Elizabeth" Teste: Benjamin RICE & John BURKS ___________________________ Nathaniel DANIEL m. Susannah EBERLEY 11 December 1802. Edmund BURKS states he has known the bride for upwards of six years and he believes her to be 21. ___________________________ Lambert BANTA - Margaret EBERLY, 27 May 1814 Bondsman: Henry EBERLY Margaret EBERLY/EVERLY is a sister to one of my Great Grandmother's...the "Betsey" listed above marrying Edmund BURKS.
