Maxine, in 1850 Washington County a child called Sarah Frazier was living with my Joseph and Nancy Goode. Joseph was from and returned to Lincoln County. Just thought the Sarah Frazier might be of use to you. I do not know who she was. No sign of her being related to Joseph. Maybe he just gave a child a home.
