Jim: There is a James H. Acton buried at Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery at Waynesburg, but I don't find Elizabeth anywhere. Buried next to James 4-12-1867--2-8-1946 is Laura Acton, 3-20-1883--5-10-1953.
