Sue, I agree with you that it is most likely that Samuel Clark was the father of George Clark who married Nancy Viers. I had contacted the DAR and while Samuel is a proven patriot, his line through George has never been proven, so there was no documentation in their records. Maybe there is someone out there who can help us prove this or someone who might have a marriage record for George Clark and Nancy Veirs! Lets hope so. Joy Coyan = Joy Coyan
