John "Gus" >Doyle's great grandmother was Sarah Stricklett who was married to David >M. Doyle. > Sounds like the same Gus. John 'Gus' Doyle lived in Cincinnati. We are related through the Voiers line. His grandfather and my grandmother were brother and sister. >We have many a tall take from "Gus" that we are still trying to sort out. > Most of his >research on who was related to who seems pretty good but some of the >happening are a >different tale. If it is in the Doyle family, this >research maybe able to >help. Let me know if you are interested. That's probably Dean Doyal? I've corresponded with him and he gave me copies of everything he got from Gus. He thought that perhaps one of Gus's daughters ended up with the papers. I wrote to Gus's son in Cincinnati but he forwarded the letter without comment to Dean Doyal so I haven't the name of any of his daughters to ask. I suppose I could write again to his son. > >Nancy Stricklett Galaway > Sue
