This is information that another researcher gave me: Thomas P Ruggles' Father was John B Ruggles, his Mother Elizabeth Brimer/Plummer. I believe John B to be the brother to my Gr Gr Gr Gr Grandfather William b abt 1760. I have some other information on John B that others have given me if you would interested. I cannot connect to a Ruggles marrying Clara Heath. Sorry!
