Hi! James Ruggels was my Gr Gr Gr Grandfather. He was a Commissioner of Estates is Lewis Co. Daniel Carr's daughter Harriett later married James Ruggels son Alpheus. I am not sure about Fepe Hambrick, but Jesse Hamrick (I believe all Hamrick/Hambricks at that time in Lewis Co to be related to Jesse) was in business with James.
