    3. Hello, The court order noted below, where can I find a copy of the whole transcript. I have a Solomon Shepherd in Lewis, Mason & Fleming county that I am trying to figure out more about. He first arrived in Mason Co. in 1795. Thanks for any help. Mark Shepherd "K. 3. I followed up on him because of his seeming relationship (close friends? relatives?) to my Maddoxes. The inventory to his will is in Will Book A,Pg. 27-29 in Lewis Co. I did not copy the sale of his estate because my ancestor, John Maddox, was only an appraiser, but I'm sure it is there, possibly right after the appraisal. Write to the Lewis Co. Courthouse and ask for the above pages. If I remember right, they charge 50c per set of papers on the same subject, plus a stamped, self-addressed envelope. While in Mason Co. last summer I photocopied something from 82 and 83 (either a will book or Order Book - and the photocopy is smudged and it may actually be pg. 182 and 183). I think it was the Order Book. Anyway, it is a list of expenses for the heirs of John Phillips in behalf of the Heirs of Gab'l Phillips, Dec'd. George Shepherd was the guardian of the heirs of Gabreal Phillips. So, both the Phillips and Shepherd descendants might be interested in sending for this.
