The address for the Vanceburg Library is 422 Second Street. phone # 606-796-2532 When I was there a couple months ago they told me that they close the library at 5:00 P.M. you might call ahead to double check. I live in Hamilton Oh and I went to I-275 to the Double A highway I believe that is ky 9 and took it all the way to the Vanceburg exit, then took it into town to Second Street. travel time is about a 1hr. to 1 1/4 hr from I-275 and AA interchange. If I'm not mistaken the Court House is just a couple blocks away on the same side of the street . FYI when I went down there I spoke to a Mr Forrest Foudray, he helps at the Historical Society and he let me know the the Society is open on Friday and Saturdays only. hope this helps a little.
