Hoping someone has this family in their files and can help me figure it all out. Frank H. Millar married Lula Bertram (atleast I think that's her last name) in the early 1900's either in Portsmouth Ohio or across the river in Kentucky (Greenup, Carter or Lewis County) They had a son in 1915, John W. Lula died Dec. 10, 1971 while living on Sunrise Avenue in Portsmouth. Frank preceeded her in death by a number of years. My mom referred to Lula as her 'cousin' and would always take me to visit her since it was only a few blocks from our house. My grandmother was a Bertram so I am assuming Lula was too. Trying to figure out how they were related since I have extensive research on the family and haven't found her in it yet... Any help would be appreciated .
