I don't recall running across the name of Otis Bowling however, There are still a lot of Bowlings in Letcher co. Dad was born in 1921 and he didn't have much info on his family. If I should come across that name I will be sure and let you know. There is a site which may be helpful to you. It is the Letcher co. Ky Geneology site. Very useful. There is a site in which the cemetaries are listed and a lot of the graves are listed also. you may also want to scan the census for 1930 in that county. Good luck on your endeavor.
