This has been a 20+ year search, trying to locate our grandparents gravesites. There was never a headstone installed, so the only thing that may be there to mark the sites are small, metal footmarkers. After 60 years, you can probably imagine the difficulty in finding those. This cemetery is so overgrown, there are trees growing in many of the graves. Cousins from four states met there in October, hoping beyond hope that we could find the sites. One cousin has found info that the cemetery is still owned by a coal company, who provided the land to the public for a cemetery. That company has, so far, refused to answer any inquiries about it. If your great aunt has any leads, no matter how small, we would be forever greatful.
