"Andy" COOK, s/o Louis COOK & Frances HANNAH, married Annie B. (unknown) Bet. 1909-1920. More than likely, Annie b: 1896 Letcher Co, KY d: 1946 Letcher Co, KY was a "Bentley". They lived close by. "Andy" COOK was b: 1880 Letcher Co, KY and died 1945 Letcher Co, KY. They are all buried there in the Fields & Day Cemetery, Whitesburg, Letcher Co, KY. John "Andy" and Annie COOK had at least 9 children, one of which was my step-mother, Frankie Ellamaria "Myra" Cook b: 1921 d: 2004.
