I have a copy of the death certificate for a Phillip Holcomb. I checked my e-mail as I was leaving for a meeting at the Kenton Co. Library this evening and saw your request. I had just enough time to look it up before the meeting began. The death certificate was not under Halcomb, so I went straight to Holcomb, and there he was.
