My GGrandfather, Hugh Barnes, born somewhere in Kentucky around 1842, Married to Mary Henson and had several children..John (my grandfather), Stephen, Thomas and Sylvania. Mary Henson passed away around 1908 and Hugh married her sister Nicy Henson and listed on the 1910 census a stepdaughter named Bitha Barger. They listed as living in Clay County Kentucky along Big Creek and possibly later moved into Leslie County. I'd like to contact any descendants of Hugh and Mary, or even Bitha Barger. Other than the census records I have no info on Thomas or Sylvania and very little information on Hugh at all, I can't find any record of him before the 1900 census...I'm sure there must have been another marriage or more children somewhere as he was nearly 50 when he married Mary Henson.
