Fed census is transcribed and sold by Hermina BRINKMEIER. The 1900 Leslie Co. is sold by Darlene SIZEMORE. 1900 Dwelling 032 - Badcreek BROCK, Gilbert, 51, husband, mar. 28 yrs, b. Nov 1848, b. KY; parents b. KY . Mary, 44, wife, b. Aug 1855, mar. 28 yrs., 12 born; 8 living, b. KY; parents b. KY . James, 21, son, b. Apr 1879, KY . William, son, b. Feb. 1883, KY . Anna, 13, dau, b. Mar 1887, KY . Martha, 10, dau, b. Nov 1899, KY . Alice, dau, 7, b. Sep 1892, KY . Ollie, 5, dau, b. Feb. 1895, KY . Albert, 3, son, b. Feb 1897, b. KY 1910 - BadCreek , ED139 Dwelling 139-135 BROCK, Alex, 47, husband, mar. 3 times, mar. 4 years (I realize this makes no sense but it is what it says), b. KY; parents b. KY . KY NOTE: What may have happened and would make sense is that Gilbert died and Mary married this Alex BROCK and these two have only been married for 4 years. . Ollie, 15, dau, KY . KY - - a further indication this is a 2nd marriage for this Mary and Gilbert is out of the picture one way or the other. As I now look back at the 1900 Leslie, this could very well be the Alex (or sometimes spelled as ELEC or similiar) BROCK that you see in the 1910: Dwelling 035 - Badcreek - only a few dwellings from Gilbert and Mary BROCK, Ellic, 35, husband, b. May 1865, mar. 9 years, b. KY; parents b. KY . Emily, 24, wife, b. June 1875, mar. 9 years, 3 born; 3 living, b. KY; parents b. KY . Engerion???, 4, son, b. Dec 1892, KY . William, 4 , son, b. Aug 1895, KY . Theophulus, son, b. Feb 1900, KY Therefore, the children: Ingram, William and Theopulus would definitely be Alex/Elec BROCK's children of his marriage to Emily UNK.
