I have a great uncle named Felix Howard whom has been deceased since the late 70's or early 80's. I dont remember his wifes name. However my fathers name is James D. Howard. He is the son of John D. Howard and Myrtle Pennington. John D. Howard is the brother of Felix Howard. I don't know if this is the same set of Howards but it sure would be interesting to hear from you!!!
