I do NOT see Finley WOOTON on the 1900 Leslie or on the 1920 Leslie Co. He either used a different name, was missed in the census, or. . . he was from somewhere else in KY. Finley Wooton was born 12 Jun 1872 and died 14 Apr 1939 in Perry County. Finley's wife was Nancy Melton born 21 Oct 1889. I don't have Finley with a second marriage? Finley was a brother to my great grandmother, Perninia Wooton.
