Russ was a retired Construction Worker for various companies. Survived by His wife, Patty Keen; sons, William R Keen, Jr. and David Cordray; one grandchild; and married sister's, Erma L. Begley, Phyllis Anne Jones all who survives Russ. His brother, Samuel Lee Keen and another sister, Pauline Bailey preceded Russ in death. Services will be Sunday December 31, 2006, 2 p.m,. with Rev. John Dunaway officiating at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur with visitation there on Saturday December 30th 4-8 p.m. Burial will be at the Centerton Cemetery, Centerton, IN.
