Obit from The Sentinel Echo, Friday, Dec. 15, 2006: Polly Jane Caldwell Polly Jane Caldwell was born on June 13, 1935, and passed away on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006, at the age of 71 years, 5 months and two days. She was born in Warbranch, Ky., the daughter of the late David Nolan and Rosie Hoskins Nolan. She was a resident of London, Ky. For the past six months prior to living in Leslie County. She was of the Holiness faith and enjoyed gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl Caldwell and one brother, Frank Nolan. She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Caldwell and wife Christine, of Warbranch; Bobby Caldwell and wife Sandra, of Warbranch; and James Caldwell and wife Sheila, of Speedwell, Tenn.; one daughter Rosie Brock and husband Bige, of London; four brothers, Walter Nolan, of London, Birchell Nolan of Warbranch, A.D. Nolan, of Warbranch, and Caleb Nolan, of Warbranch; two sisters, Maggie Roark, of Chappell, Ky, and Louise Warford, of Asher, Ky.; Several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Her funeral was conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at the Lower Middlefork Pentecostal Church of God at Asher, with Rev. Rod Ledford, Rev. Larry Hensley, and Rev. Jerry McKinnley Holland officiating. Burial followed at Caldwell Cemetery in Warbranch. Dwayne Walker Funeral Home handled all arrangements.
