Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; McKinley & June Morgan. She leaves surviving the following relatives: two sons: Steve Johnson & Anna of Hyden, KY; Scott Johnson & Linda of Sizerock,. KY; one daughter: Renee Lewis & Greg of London, KY; one grandson whom she raised as her own: Dustin Johnson of Hyden, KY; brother; Johnny Morgan of Middletown, OH; sister: Juanita Asher & Chester of Hyden, KY; Father of Children: Owen "Bud" Johnson of OH; seven grandchildren: Dustin, Tyler, Faith, Isaac, Gabriel, Brandon & Allen. Funeral services for Carolyn Morgan Johnson held at 2 p.m. Wednesday - August 27, 2008 at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church at Hyden, Kentucky with Rev. Teddy Couch and Rev. Andrew Farmer officiating. Burial in the Laurel Fork Cemetery located at Hyden, Kentucky. Visitation at 6 p.m. Tuesday - August 26, 2008 at the church.
