She was 92 years, 9 months, & 10 days old. Josephine was born at Harlan, KY., the daughter of the late Henry Brock & Susie Napier Brock. Josephine was a homemaker & former employee of Food Fair Grocery. She was affiliated with the Stinnett Gap Church of God & enjoyed sewing as a hobby. Josephine was preceded in death by her parents: Henry Brock & Susie Napier Brock, Husband: Henry Roberts, four brothers: Burl, Bill, Don & Onzie Brock, three sisters: Mallie, Mattie & Maudie. Mrs. Josephine B. Roberts leaves the following relatives surviving: two sons: Charles Sherrell & wife, Margaret, of Fairfield, Ohio, Larry Roberts of Avawam, KY., two daughters: Diana Feltner & husband, Rod, of Hyden, KY., Vicki Joy Couch & husband, Doug, of London, KY., one sister: Betty Brock Begley of Hyden, KY., ten grandchildren: Jerry, Rochelle, Chrissy, Rodney, Parker, Sandy, Rhonda, Lisa, Debbie, & Donna, Survived by a host of treasured great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends to mourn her death. The funeral service for Mrs. Josephine Brock Roberts conducted at 2:00 p.m. - Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. with Rev. Eugene Roberts & Rev. Geoffery Roberts officiating. The interment in the "Morgan-Begley Cemetery", Hyden, KY., under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home staff.
