    1. Re: [KYLESLIE] MYSTERY - HIRAM BEGLEY 1826
    2. I wish good luck to any of the Sizemore researchers, and the Begley Researchers, to prove, that Henry / Old Henry/ Begley did not marry a daughter of George All Sizemore. Many such marriages were never recorded and now because a later descent relative could not find proof of such a marriage in written recorded Public forum, this seems to be the issue. It would be really nice to have many of those Bibles and family letters written, that have been destroyed by fires, and such. One must remember that Kentucky Mountain life in 1800 was as far away from civilization legality of Original Colonies and their administrations of law, as would now be comparing in our modern day world that of London, England and that of Afghanistan. No Comparison. Good Luck! JOHN in CA > > > > > > > > In a message dated 1/4/2009 10:26:45 A.M. I tried to prove that there was Maimie Sizemore, dtr of George All Sizemore, years ago, and ended up not proving it and locating a different wife. I exchanged msgs with Sizemore researchers, and they also did not have a Sizemore married to a Begley. I know that many authors have written this, and copied each other. But, not one had any proof. I hope you have something. Rosie in California **************New year...new news. Be the first to know what is making headlines. (http://www.aol.com/?ncid=emlcntaolcom00000026)
