It's on the left just after you turn off Hwy 80. It's mostly grown over with English Ivy. There are a few graves in the front row that are clean with fresh flowers. They are, John L. Turner, Eliza Jane Turner, and Arthur Lee Turner. Does anyone know what the name of this graveyard is? Could it be called the Lewis? Does anyone know who visits these three graves? They are my great uncle and aunt. Please help.

Gennie, At the top of my tree I have John Napier born abt. 1844 married to Jane Brown, born abt. 1848. That's been my brick wall for some time now. I'm wondering whether your John or Elizabeth could be related to my Jane. Also, much further down my tree I have Earl Napier married to an Elaine Wilson. Any connections? Thanks. I have a Caroline Brown b. 1860 daughter of John Brown b. 1820-1821 and Elizabeth Napier b. 1840-1841. Would this be the Caroline you refer to? If so John Brown is my gg grandfather and this Caroline would be the sister to my g grandfather Theophulus Brown. I do not have any information on Caroline other than she appears on the 1870 and 1880 census. I would love to be able to match her up. The John Napier she married, would you be able to give me any more information on him? There were several during this time period. Did you find a marriage certificate for them? I will also need birth dates for the Wilson line. You can e-mail me directly if it would be easier. Looking forward to hearing from you. Bettygene

In order to actually prove I am on the right track, you will have to do a few things. First, I found this death on the SSN Index. Is this your Ance CALDWELL? CALDWELL, Ance SSN: 405-07-1125 Died: Montgomery Co., Dayton, OH Died: March 1975; born: May 16, 1894 SS# issued in Ky prior to 1951 also, you need to know that Ance is a nickname and usually stands for Anderson. With that in mind, I ran his name through the ancestry.com data base and came up with: 1910 Harlan Co. Miracode Enum. Dist: 0088 Visit 0121 WILSON, Iriah, 43, b. KY . Alice, wife, 37, b. KY . Susan, 19, b. KY . Joseph, 17, b. KY . Mandie, 15, b. KY . Fronie, 12, b. KY . Simuel, 10, b. KY COLWELL, Anderson , servant, age 16, b. KY * * * NOTE: You will find this name spelled several different ways - - CALDWELL, COLWELL, COLDWELL, etc. I could not locate him in Harlan Co. as of the 1900. However, in Leslie Co., this listing appears which looks as if it could be him. You need to look for a researcher whose name is Elizabeth CALDWELL. She has done considerable research on her family. I will write to you if I have her e-mail address. This listing I am going to give you I have also given to her. As I recall, 'something' happened to the wife, Catherine, which may be why Anderson COLWELL is a servant in Harlan Co. in 1910 and it could be your missing relative.
