She was born June 25, 1933, in Essie, [Leslie County], Kentucky, the daughter of Joe and Bertha (Morgan) Smith. She married Robert F. Brannon on December 2, 1989, in Hamilton. She had been employed as a clerical worker for Avon for 18 years, retiring in 1990. She is survived by her husband, Robert and her sister, Marjorie Minton and husband Dewey, all of Hamilton. Private services will be held Monday at the convenience of the family with burial in Greenwood Mausoleum. Memorials may be directed to the charity of one’s choice. Weigel Funeral Home is serving the family.

I'm not real sure exactly where the cemetary is. I asked my Father-in-law and he said it's on a hill overlooking a lake. We're taking a boat from Buckhorn Lodge to get to Langdon's Branch where he grew up. Apparently that's the best way to get there. You can walk all the way - but it's several miles. I think the same is true of the cemetary. I'll try to get some bearings and map it out also.
