That would not be possible. Leslie Co., KY was not formed until 1878. It was formed from parts of Clay, Harlan and Perry Co.'s, KY. I checked the 1870 and the 1880 Fed. Censuses for Clay, Harlan and Perry Co.'s. At least at the point in time that the 1870 and the 1880 Fed. census was taken, there were NO BECK families present in those counties. I can tell you there are a great number of John NAPIERs in the records and there are several Ollie SIMPSONs. Therefore, there is no way one can easily pin them down. I was not able to locate the family on the 1930 Fed. Census. However, sometimes NAPIER will have a variation spelling and that may be the reason they could not be located. On the KY Birth CD's, these appear to be the births of your Ollie SIMPSON: NAPIER, Dora b. 1-25-1926 in Harlan Co., Vol. 057, Cert 28241; maiden name of mother: Ollie SIMPSON NAPIER, Nathaniel C., b. 1-26-1928 in Clay Co., Vol. 190, Cert 91599 (however, this birth was a delayed recording in 1953); maiden name of mother: Ollie SIMPSON NAPIER, Goldie, b. 9-20-1924 in Clay Co., Vol. 219, Cert 95975 (delayed birth recording until 1953); maiden name of mother: Ollie SIMPSON You could order the birth records to confirm the ages of Ollie SIMPSON and John NAPIER which might help you weed out incorrect ones and to confirm these are correct.
