JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON LEWIS BUSH FROM THE DAYTON (OH) DAILY NEWS 12/31/08 Lewis C. Bush, Age 92 of Beavercreek, OH passed away December 29, 2008. A native of Webbville, KY, he is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary H. and children Larry Dean of Orem, UT, Paul(Jeanne) of Xenia, OH, Linda (Nancy) of Dayton, OH; 6 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Lewis was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps prior to serving in the US Army for 7 years during WWII, receiving several commendations including The Purple Heart and Silver Star. He retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Co./ AT&T after 43 years of dedicated service, enjoying a very active retirement. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1pm to 3pm January 2, 2009 at Aley Church 4143 Kemp Rd. Beavercreek. A memorial service will be held at the church at 3pm followed by internment at Aley Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel.
