I am a descendant of John Franklin Handley, and am somewhat familiar with the history of his family after they moved to Washington State. My late sister visited Catlettsburg a few years ago, and, asking around, found that Durbin still existed, but now seemed to be a residential suburb of Cartettsburg. This may not be entirely accurate, but that was the impression she came away with. I myself knew John Franklin (Frank), vaguely remember Minnie (Min), and knew most of their children.
