I believe it is in Lawrence Co. and she died sometime after the 1900 census and before 1910. Her name was Annie (Anna) or nannie (perhaps Nancy Ann Pinkerton.......maiden name was Kelley (Kelly) . She is on the 1900 census, (I believe her last name was spelled Pinkston )and is with Tobe, my Gr Grandfather. It says her first name was Annie. I know she died in Kentucky and I would assume it was Lawrence Co. but it could have been Carter Co. Please let me know if you can find where she is buried.
