Elkins in the area in 1870. He was born in 1862 in Wise Co. Va. and I'm not sure when he came to Laurel Co. but he married Nancy Caudill and they had several children. I think his parent are Isaac William, and Mary J. Elkins. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Laura
