Right now getting that deed might be pretty iffy. They are repairing the courthouse and the County Clerk's Office is packing up all their records, deed, marriages, and everything getting ready to move to a new location until the construction on the courthouse is finished. If you go to the Clerk's office, it is 50 cents per page. But, they usually want a little more for having to do the looking up and copying. > [Original Message] > From: Bob Roach <broach4@cox.net> > To: <KYLAUREL-L@rootsweb.com> > Date: 11/1/04 4:44:04 PM > Subject: [KYLAUREL-L] Re: Copies from Deed Book > > Does anyone know how much Laurel County charges for looking up, copying and > sending a page from the Deed Book?
