Hi, I knew a Highy Wages in Laurel County, Ky. Don't know if that is how he spelled his name or not. Never married as far a I know. I used to visit him a little girl. Took food to him. Would sit and talk with him : he listened more than talked. He lived in a house with no electricity to it and his well was across the road from where he lived.
