OK, *that* got my curiosity. Any clues as to who Mrs. Mary 'Polly' Hines/Hinds was originally married to? I know around 1779 the Joseph Hinds family lived in Rowan (now Randolph) county, NC. My hubby's line in the son named Stephen Hinds/Hines. Stephen was born in Knox county, NT, then move to Wayne county, KY in childhood.
