My g grandmother was Catherine Hedrick, daughter of James Hedrick and Matilda Hall, James was the son of Charles Hedrick and Lydia Whitson, Lydia was the daughter of John Whitson and Sarah Robertson, and I have John as the son of William Whitson and Anne McDowell, and I have William as the son of Thomas Whitson, b. 1732 in Overwharton Parish, Virginia - I don't know his wife's name. I have Anne McDowell's parents as John McDowell and Ann Evans. I'll search through my files. I have more information on the McDowells.
