I know there are several Asher researchers on the Laurel list and I was wondering if any of you may have any information on an Earl Asher from Leslie County? The only information I have is that his wife's name was Haley. I'm guessing that he would have been born in the early 1900's. I've checked rootsweb and the only Earl Asher I'm finding is one that was born 20 Aug 1919 and died 13 Jan. 2000, his last residence was Roark in Leslie Co. Earl Asher b Aug 20 1919 Clay Co KY - d Jan 13, 2000 Lexington, buried Roark, Leslie Co. married Haley Asher b Jun 22 1927 Leslie Co KY - d Nov 3 1998 Roark, Leslie Co KY. I don't know when and where they were married. Children: Wilma; Winna; Geneva; Vernon; Harold That's the only Earl Asher we have in the database who married a Haley. Earl goes back to Dillion Asher's (b1777) marriage to Nancy Davis Asher Haley Asher goes back to Dillion (b1777) and Nancy's siter Sally Davis.
