Aloha, I am not related to Durham family, but my Smallwoods had land on the Gauley Creek/River on the border of Laurel and Rockcastle County. Notes for THOMAS JEFFERSON DURHAM: Thomas was buried on GAULEY MOUNTAIN just above Livingston and Stanford. He was carried there by wagon and mule. Elsie Arnold attended this funeral.
