Carol, I really do not know what the name of the church is. My husband and I were visiting down there last week, and we stopped at this church that had an old pavillion beside it and sort of behind. It had two outhouses, one for the ladies and one for the gentlemen that were in the back of the church. My husband thinks it was Moore's Chapel that we stopped at, but Moore's Chapel is closer to the main rd. His Uncle Kermit Hale had his funeral service at Moore's Chapel (that's how I know where it is.) His cousin, June Hale, lives at the end of Indian Camp Rd. and this church was somewhere in between her house and Moore's Chapel. Do you have an address for Poynters Chapel? Evelyn; Poynters Chapel in directly on HWY 192 so it's not the same Church. I will find out where, just have to locate a book I misplaced.
